10 Day Challenge: Day 1

Day 1:

Meal plan – either burritos with mexe beans rather than meat, cheese, tomato, capsicum and salsa or fish and oven bake veggies

Contingency plan incase my partner decides to go out for brunch (after my gym session) – breakfast menu of scrambled eggs, avacado and turkish toast, or half serve of chicken and avocado turkish melt

Workout – gym: strength and at least 30mins cardio (should be able to manage 7kms)

Catching up with a friend tomorrow – so housework will involve a tidy up and some washing and research protein smoothie recipe for post workouts this week
