10 Day Challenge: Day 4

Day 4

If my headache has resolved I plan to go to the gym again. 1hr cardio, maybe strength if I head to the one near where I work rather than closer to home. I want to aim for or beat today’s result.

Meal planning is a little harder, I’m time restricted because I work the afternoon. I plan for yoghurt and muesli for brunch or a salad sandwich, if I have time to cook, burritos or chilli con carne with beans rather than meat for dinner. If not maybe the toast option, or sushi.

At least 2 water bottles, or 3-4 if I make it to the gym.
