10 Day Challenge: Day 4 – check in

Day 4: check in

I had a quick shift so I was too tired to update last night.

Yesterday was good, although I never got to the gym because my migraine was still in force, however my diet went well. I cheese melt with chicken avocado and onion, and dinner was raisin toast, and crackers with hommus at work.

    • Thank you, I agree, that’s why I think it useful to talk about the little goals I set, little changes are easier and more subtle and easier to maintain than drastic changes. So far my changes for this week are proving effective as they are simple.

    • Thank you. And thank you for the advice. I need to spend a bit more time I think and get some images together. Most of the time I write on the go, while cooking dinner or while waiting to go to the gym.
