Day 9 Plan
I was just thinking about how I planned these challenge posts and I was wondering if I should’ve gone with the overall summary of the day, but I figure if I don’t plan ahead, then I don’t have as good an outcome.
My plan for tomorrow…
Up and to the gym first thing in the morning… A new goal of interval cardio training on the cross trainer and bike, and attempting a run/jog interval on the treadmill. I also have a new exercise to try and strengthen my back and belly, something I can try at home so I don’t have to worry about feeling self conscious. I often feel intimidated at the gym by other people who seem to be fitter than me, I had someone on a treadmill next to me the other day who seemed to be pushing way harder than me and it made me push myself harder. Makes me think I would excel with some friendly competition, pity I don’t really know anyone with a membership at the same gym as me.
I have decided tomorrow will be a “home” day, so I have told my partner I’m open to cook anything he would like for dinner, however if he chooses something I think is too unhealthy I’ll either limit my portion, or cook me something different. I love cooking so it won’t matter to me so much, usually he just doesn’t like making me do it.
