Day 9 – Check in
I had a really good day today. Began with heading off to the gym, I pushed harder than usual as agreed, managed almost 12kms in my usual hour, tried interval increases in intensity and jogged on the treadmill (but had to be careful not to push too hard because I had what I thought was the beginning of a migraine). I drank almost 2L of water there and managed to avoid getting a headache. So I was pretty pleased with that effort.
As for my meal planning, we ended up going out for scrambled eggs, grilled tomato and toast, and tonight was oven baked veggies. I feel a little bit full at the moment, but good otherwise.

Day 10 – Plan
Off to the gym first up, for cardio, and meal plans include burritos for lunch and fruit and crackers for dinner at work. I have an evening shift.
