All Prepped and Ready for First Time Yoga! eep

Well despite sleeping in until 1pm today… Grrrr! I have made up for it, I did my iPad AB workout, push-ups etc, made pumpkin soup, a salad and tahini salad dressing for work this week.

Now to clean up, and get ready for the gym. I plan to make it to the yoga class tonight. I have my protein shakes ready: low fat yoghurt, strawberries, kiwi fruit, half a banana, cacao powder, almond milk, peanut butter…

Since I’m coming home to dinner afterwards I don’t want too much!

Well, time to get moving…
