Had a busy week but I will update soon. struggking to get my workouts in at the moment, no time to get to the gym. But as per my facebook page I am utilising a pushup and ab challenge this month combined with malibu pilates. I got to the gym yesterday before work for the first time in a week, and surprised myself. I maintained a higher level on the exercise bike and could go up a level on the cross trainer soon. something must be said for the pilates workouts, keeping up my leg strength combined with squats.
I had a hard couple of days with family visiting, and now I’m getting diet back together.
Even when we seemingly have minimal opportunities there is always something we can do, no matter how small it seems.
