But Wait There’s More

I decided to make a roast tonight so make the most of my time. Time to get everything back in order.

Despite my 700calories at the gym today I put on a roast and some veggies and did my Pilates workout while it cooked. This week is the beginning of a new stream of motivation, lets all keep each other motivated!
