I don’t know what possessed me, maybe my lack of motivation lately, maybe I need something to shake me up a little, but I just committed to bootcamp this week… Starting tomorrow…
I’m not a very fit person, I struggle at the gym lately so I don’t know what I was thinking and I may regret this decision, but I needed to do something drastic if I want any changes.
So I’m wondering if anyone else has been to bootcamp and how hard would it be for a beginner? And someone who can barely do 18 pushups in a row? I’m just not quite sure what I’ve gotten myself into.
I’ll see how this week goes and just take it a week at a time. Let’s hope I’m not too sore for work on Tuesday.
