I had a motivational moment today. I got on the scales at work to discover I’m about 2kgs lighter than before I moved. I can’t really see it, but I am noticing areas that are a little more toned. Mostly my legs and I can feel muscle in my belly, I don’t think there’s any visible definition to my belt yet. But it was the perfect time, just as I’m getting my motivation back and improving my diet. I just need to get on top of my portion control.
Tomorrow is boot camp, Tuesday is yoga and Wednesday is netball. Yesterday I went to the gym and tonight was some ab exercises and push ups at home.
How do you exercise with a busy schedule?
I know 2kgs isn’t much, but it’s getting harder for me to budge the extra weight now.
