2 Week Accountability Challenge: Day 1

As promised my accountability…

Breakfast: up and go
Lunch: pumpkin soup and Turkish bread
Dinner: hospital dinner (small piece of quiche, mashed potato and broccoli)
Snack after work: pizza (hot and spicy)

I am very very weak and my partner had it at home. Hopefully the overtime will have burnt extra calories…

Not so proud of today! But there’s always tomorrow.

Tomorrows plan:
Soup and Turkish bread for dinner
Something healthy for brunch

Pilates/yoga before work
