Yesterday I had a quick shift and didn’t get much time to update. I had a pretty an ok day, I went out for brunch and had scrambled eggs, mushrooms and tomato on toast and dinner at work I had chilli con carne and goji berries coated in dark chocolate.
However I must point out, I ate the whole packet throughout the day, something I’m not so proud of myself for doing and today I didn’t take anymore to work than I was intending to eat.
Today was much better. Breakfast consisted of a sanitarium up and go drink (under 300 calories) since I didn’t have much time for preparation last night I had to grab what I could on my way out.
Lunch was tuna on thin rice crackers, and my only downfall was some charity freddo frogs I bought. They come to a total of 174 calories combined according to my memory of that calculation, but I was exhausted today. So I figure I earned it.
I’m about to cook dinner for my partner and I, well he’s going to help since it’s mostly what he wants for dinner. I’m making another chilli con carne, while he makes a pesto pizza he’s been craving (I see get the craving over with before he starts to obsess over it and it becomes a “thing”). Plus he wants me to make banana bread tonight, at least he’ll have something to snack on tomorrow, and I can always take leftovers to work to get rid of them.
I haven’t done any exercise in the last two days, but I do hope to maybe manage some tonight before I have my shower and go to bed. Bring on my days off!
