Keep Going, Plan Ahead and Be Loyal to Yourself

I’m starting to see some progress from my hard work. Mostly the exercise, my “diet” could be better, but I’m working on improvement everyday.

I’ve got my lunch ready for tomorrow, left over chilli con carne and avocado.

Remember, there’s always time to fit even something small into your schedule. I managed 20-30mins before bed tonight. My problem is I struggle to get motivated then once I start I want to continue.

Currently I’m working on the range of movement of my legs. After gaining so much weight I’ve lost a lot of flexibility, so I’m using some yoga techniques to improve that.

What can you do to improve your week? Or make it move productive?
