Today is my partners birthday so he’s having his free day today, although we’re not getting too over excited. I know the post I originally read about this diet said to save up all the cravings and eat ALL of them on this day. But we won’t go that far,especially since we haven’t been going all that long.
He did really well yesterday though and came in under his 1200 calories, he had a snack at about 6 and said he didn’t want dinner because he wasn’t hungry. Might be a change for the better, to be recognizing when he’s not hungry.
Anyway, good luck today for anyone who’s following. We’re back to 500 calories tomorrow, and I’m on night duty so we’ll see how this goes.
