Meal planning this week was a little bit weak. I was lucky enough to have dinner cooked for me once or twice, plus today there was a treat waiting for me when I got home.
But we had vegetarian homemade sausage rolls and potato bake last night, and satay chicken last night. Tomorrow I’m planning a roast, I like the idea of putting it all in the oven, doing a Pilates workout and having a shower while it’s in the oven.
Last nights dinner:
Plenty of meal prep going on for the next few days while I’m off, and hopefully shopping for a Christmas tree.
