I feel like I spent most of my day in the kitchen today. First I made dough for a pull apart bread, and mixed the butter and herbs. I cooked scrambled eggs and made a sundried tomato dip.
The pull apart bread was so soft and doughy. This machine is significantly improving my success in the kitchen, I’ve had one fail so far.
I am still experimenting and I will coninue to share my concoctions.

And bacon with thermomix scrambled eggs, we added some herbs and they tasted good:
There are many recipes on the thermomix community on their website, that’s where I got the scrambled eggs. There’s always inspiration online. I love it!
Just reiterate, I have to connection with thermomix, I just bought one and I’m trying out new dishes, while sharing with anyone interested or considering to buy one. So far I’ve had no complaints, although I do need to work on cooking dishes without having the ingredients cut too small. Any suggestions are welcome…
