I made scones for work this morning, sadly I gave in and ate one… plus 2 Anzac biscuits. I felt guilty to I’ve done my yoga routine and I’m off to the gym. Sure that doesn’t make up for it, but I’m taking soup to work for dinner tonight. Maybe that will help too.
What can I say, they are soft and light (not the right light though). I’m planning not to have any at work though. I have a smoothie for after my workout, protein powder, fruit and coconut water. Trying to avoid a headache too.
