So I’ve started my “after Easter” diet. Well I don’t like to think about it as a diet because that brings with it some negative feelings, but I like to think I’m making better choices. I figure if I made it at home I can’t go to wrong.
I’ll make this a quick post.
Since I’m moving and I have to empty the fridge I have actually tried to use up whatever there is left in there. So today I had homemade pancakes made from a banana, egg and some oat bran, with sauteed mushrooms, avocado and bacon on the side. Sounds like an odd combination but somehow it just worked. I’m full and I should be right for a while. I have some left over satay chicken from a few nights ago and that should keep me doing at work tonight.
I’m very motivated and I want to get back into a good routine, what better way to start than with healthy fresh ingredients. And, I’m avoiding my last Easter egg! We’ll see how long that lasts.
